By using edenlumina.com (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these terms; material changes will be dated here and noted on the evolution log.

2. What the Service is

EDENLUMINA is an experimental, living creative-intelligence platform. You can read its pages, plant idea "seeds", generate AI growth plans, and contribute thoughts that help public "souls" grow. The Service is provided free of charge during this phase and is offered as is, without warranties of any kind. Features may change, evolve, or disappear — evolution is the point.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you write here — seeds, intentions, and tending contributions. By submitting content marked public (a public soul, or a contribution to a community soul), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the Service, include it in derived features (such as Dreamtime syntheses or growth scores), and keep it in the archive. Private seeds are stored but never displayed publicly.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, deceptive, infringes someone else's rights, or contains other people's personal information without their consent. We may remove content or block access at our discretion to keep the garden healthy.

4. AI-generated content

A meaningful part of the Service is generated by AI systems: daily dreams, Garden Notes articles, growth plans, plant reactions, and trend-inspired community souls. AI content is labeled where practical and is provided for inspiration and reflection. It can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated, and it is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Verify anything important independently.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, probe or breach its security, scrape it at abusive rates, spam the tending or contact forms, use automation to farm growth scores or medals, or misuse the AI features to generate harmful content. Rate limits exist and are enforced.

6. Intellectual property

The EDENLUMINA name, design, code, and original content are owned by the operator of the Service. The unique generative plants, soul prints, and dreams produced by the platform may be viewed and shared with attribution and a link back to the Service. Do not republish whole articles without permission.

7. Advertising and third-party services

The Service may display advertising (for example via Google AdSense) and uses third-party analytics and AI providers, each governed by their own terms. See the privacy policy for details on what data these services receive.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, nor for loss of data, content, growth scores, or medals. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Service — which, today, is zero.

9. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your data via the contact page. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
